I manage the Wards and Units at Wakefield Hospital.
Nursing at Wakefield offers many opportunities to a nurse looking for something a little different. There are plenty of opportunities to extend and gain experience in Cardiothoracic, Gastrointestinal, Orthopaedics, ENT and Plastic.
We are the largest private hospital in the lower half of the North Island.
We offer a managable nurse patient ratio to enable you to provide care to your patients. I think that you will find the environment a professionally rewarding one.

We have a permanant night nurse team and the day team roster between mornings and afternoons, which have little or no requirement for night duty.
