Four surgeons offer 15 urology sessions a month, covering nephrectomies (including laparoscopic and partial) and adrenalectomies; laparoscopic sacroculpopexy; prostactectomies (radical, TURPs and laser); cystoscopies; cystectomies and formation of neo-bladders; laser treatment for renal and high ureteric stones.

I find there’s a lot of variety, and the major surgery makes it challenging.
