Four ENT surgeons run 48 sessions a month covering patients of all ages. Procedures range from the smallest such as grommets, to the most complex such as using the Stealth navigation system for transphenoidal excisions of brain tumour.

In plastics, two surgeons have 16 sessions a month undertaking the full range of cosmetic surgery.

Both specialties are really interesting. For instance, the latest facial reconstruction techniques are used not only for rejuvenation but also post trauma and cancer treatment. It’s very rewarding to see these patients several times as they go through their staged surgery.
