Seven surgeons run 42 sessions a month

A lot of medium to major procedures are done laparoscopically e.g. inguinal and hiatus hernia repairs, cholecystectomies and bowel cases. Open procedures encompass Fobi pouch gastric bypass procedure, liver resection including cryotherapy, bowel resection and anal surgery.

It’s a friendly and fast-paced theatre, with lots of variety and interest. Sometimes we see our gastric bypass patients again, when they return for an abdominoplasty – and that’s satisfying.
