Dr Vint Chadwick MA, MD(Cantab), MSc, FRCP, FRACP

Gastroenterologist and endoscopist. Medical training at Cambridge University, University College Hospital London; Mayo Clinic, Rochester, US; and the Royal Postgraduate Medical School, Hammersmith Hospital, London, where he was head of Gastroenterology. Professor of Medicine at Otago University, and Director of the Wellcome Medical Research Institute. He has worked at Wakefield since 1993, where he established the Wakefield Gastroenterology Research Institute. Vint has over 160 clinical and research publications in international refereed journals, and is currently a member of the Guidelines group on colorectal cancer screening. Special interests include dyspepsia, irritable bowel syndrome, inflammatory bowel disease and colorectal cancer.
