Trish was appointed as HR Manager of Wakefield Hospital in March 2002. Prior to this Trish had held the position of PA/Executive Assistant to the Chief Executive. Since joining Wakefield in 1992 Trish has seen the hospital grow from 2 theatres to the current 6 which has brought with it a significant growth in employee numbers and Wakefield Hospital now employs around 320 people. In her role as HR Manager Trish drives HR best practices to ensure Wakefield staff deliver exceptional service while ensuring Wakefield is a great place to work. Trish is a member of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand.
